CT-SCA Certification & Skill Boss Logistics Device Informational Webinar

The Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) is pleased to invite you to a series of informational webinars titled, “Next Generation Workforce Certification: Innovative Tools for Educating and Upskilling Technicians for Supply Chain Automation.” These webinars are hosted by your local MSSC Training Solution Provider, focused on the newly-released MSSC Certified Technician-Supply Chain Automation (CT-SCA)™ Certification Program & the Skill Boss Logistics (SBL) Hands-On Training and Assessment device.

The goal of this new certification program is to prepare technicians who install, operate, support, upgrade, and maintain the automated material handling equipment and systems which support the supply chain.

This free webinar series will feature:

  • The National Center for Supply Chain Automation (NCSCA), and their years of research conducted under an NSF grant to identify, define, and validate the occupation of Supply Chain Automation Technician and their critical assistance in the development of the CT-SCA Standards & Curriculum.
  • MSSC’s new CT-SCA supply chain certifications– Equipment Maintenance (CTSCA-EM), Equipment Repair (CTSCA-ER), and Network Repair (CTSCA-NR).
  • Amatrol on the development of the Skill Boss Logistics automated sortation system, which teaches and assesses the hands-on skills of the CT-SCA certification.

Additional contributing partners in the development and recognition of the CT-SCA certification program include the Material Handling Industry (MHI), NOCTI, and the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA).

These industry-recognized certifications are critical to establishing, preparing, and building a next-generation of highly-skilled Automation Technicians for jobs in the supply chain and advanced manufacturing industry.
